The Qwick Wick Can-Am Midgets presented by Miller Office Trailers have a quick turn around with Sauble Speedway up next. The club makes their return to Hepworth, Ontario for their second double header weekend of the 2024 season. Darren McLennan in the #78 car is just coming off as the most recent winner out at Grand Bend. His team will be using their notebook this week as McLennan was also a winner last time the TQ Midgets visited Sauble Speedway splitting the weekend with the #57 car of James Stanley.
The TQ Midgets will be joined by the Legend Cars to support the APC United Racing Series on night #1 on Saturday. Pit gates are set to open at 2:30 p.m. for all of the supporting classes with practice beginning at 4 p.m. Racing begins at 6 p.m. sharp. Pit notes for Sunday are still being made and waiting for release.
Sauble Speedway also as a Dash for Cash night on Wednesday, July 31st as well. If you are in the area, come out to support a great event that has amazing success every year. Come to the beach this weekend, get a tan, and then come out int he evening to see some fast-paced racing.
