Section 5-2
Each season ALL cars to be inspected by tech committee. Car entry must be registered and all fee’s paid before car is presented for inspection.
Amend to read – Each season all cars to be inspected by tech committee. No new entries will be accepted within the last 3 race events. Car entry must be registered and all fees paid before car is presented for inspection.
Objective – In a close points season, a team that has not raced all season could possibly change the outcome of which team wins or looses the championship/rookie of the year, or even the top 10 in points. It’s not fair to the teams that have worked hard all season to loose points or even the championship if they were to get wrecked by a ill handling car that only shows up for 1 race.
Voted in to be limited to the last race of the year with the discretion of the board of directors and the race director for the 'A' Feature

I would like to propose that each driver present a list of his crew members.
Each crew member should be charged $35 to be a member of the club.
The Race Track should charge and extra $5 entrance fee in the pit if the person doesn’t have a membership card.
The extra $5 to be handed to the club at the end of the race3.
This would prompt all to get a membership.
Voted to lower association membership fee to $20 to try to encourage more members

Each registered car is permitted to purchase ½ as many RR tires as the number of scheduled races per year. (ie 18 races – 9 tires. If there is an uneven number of races the number of tires will be rounded up. 17 races – 9 tires) - Not voted in.
